Very friendly place and a nice location, but pretty much a budget hotel, which is fine if that’s what you want.

Staff are very nice and friendly

Food isn’t that great. I booked a double room for single occupancy and they gave me a room they sell as a single room, which was cramped and in a very noisy location. Got moved to a double room as was illustrated by booing.com on my confirmation, after 2 nights.

I will return but will bring my own GF bread & crackers

The new key system is very good. The bike garage is great. Food is generally very good.The wine with the meal is very nice.

Gluten free options are very limited. Non of the breakfast cereal was GF No GF crackers or toast for cheese in the evening. No GF pasta or pizza. I will be visiting again but will bring extra provision with me.

Very Good

Staff and service were great. Rooms were very tidy and food was fantastic.

The bike garage seems to have gone downhill since my last stay, there seems to be little control of access and management of bike storage to the point that I had to store my bike in my room due to not being able to provide a lock and key that matched to an available slot in the garage.

Very Good

Easy walk to beach and restaurant strip. Spar supermarket nearby. I had room on 8th floor with fabulous view. Kettle in room.... Always a bonus. Bus about 500 metres away to beautiful old town Pollenca. You don't have to walk up to the roundabout, (as I was incorrectly told by a young Male Receptionist!).... You can go up a side street from the hotel, and the bus stop is there. Good idea when it's hot.

The food was often luke warm. The single bed was SO narrow!

We enjoyed our first time stay and the staff on reception were helpful on our first time visit.

We loved the location, the pool view and the breakfast.

We had a problem with leaving a 10 Euro deposit for a beach towel and then it got lost so it was never returned to us. On our last day, our bathroom bin was not emptied.

Good

This is a great location for a family vacation and we were returning visitors . We booked all inclusive and this was generally good. The entertainment schedule is full and engagement from guests is high. It is very clean and staff are in the most part very pleasant and go out of their way to help. Rooms are clean and well equipped. On the beach, great running routes and a large if busy swimming pool. The new kids pool was also wonderful.

As we have two Gluten free guests in the party there was little specific consideration in the menu's or signage to indicate what was suitable and no specific GF foods on offer eg bread. We had an unfortunate incident with another guest and this was not dealt with very well by the reception staff on duty. Subsequently the other staff apologised for the situation. Little to no hot water in the bath/shower all week, in 3 of the 4 rooms we occupied.

Very Good

We paid extra for a Seaview room but on a lower down floor there was only a glimpse of it, requested a higher floor and there was one available the next day. Thank you it made all the difference to us. Facilities really good and good value for money. Enjoyed the food as lots of variations. A busy hotel but coped really well. Quick walk to the beach so perfect. When in area again will be back

The rooms could be better soundproofed as could hear lots of noise next door, think we were unlucky both sides a few days of the week. Disturbed sleep but that's the way it goes sometimes. Pillows uncomfortable be nice to have a softer and firmer one - ( used the cushion with pillowcase on in the end)

The staff were excellent and could not have been any better pools for both adults and children were very good meals were good and staff at restaurant were excellent

Our room was good but the bathroom a little cramped and would prefer a shower than a bath with a shower getting on in years and was a little slippery getting in and out the bath

Happy to have made a return visit

Staff were helpful. Pool activities were fun and well organised by enthusiastic staff. Food was varied and of excellent quality. Had a lovely room with good pool and sea views.

Bathroom would benefit from updating, towels were quite old and need to be replaced. Regret that this hotel has discontinued supplying complementary bathroom products, shower caps, body lotion etc, only shower gel /shampoo and conditioner. Guests travelling light appreciate the little gift packs particularly if arriving late. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely holiday and would definitely return.

Very clean and the staff were lovely. Very helpful and super friendly. Excellent choice of breakfast. Delicious food, but coffee not great. However you can always take your own as kettle in room. Lovely big heated pool.

No bidet in bathroom and bath took ages to half fill. Not enough milk allocated in room for tea/coffee but we took up some fresh milk from breakfast. Fridge in room not very cold at all but good to store bits and pieces.

High-end cycling meets mobility scooters and family holidays

The staff is lovely, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the grounds are large.

The children's play area has seen better days and could do with a renovation.
